Restricted Items
Some items are classed as restricted. They can be shipped but will be carried on a no-compensation basis.
This means the item is not eligible for protection cover and you will not be able to make a claim in the event of loss or damage.
Take cellular phones. If you’re the generous type and want to send a parcel with a shiny new iPhone inside. Please be aware that there is no compensation for items valued over $350.00
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items should not be shipped under any circumstances.
Some are obviously dangerous, like blades or knives. Some are illegal, like alcohol. But some on the list might surprise you.
Like batteries, or items containing batteries.
If you’re sending holiday gifts of toys to young relatives, it’s a good idea to check if batteries are included first.
