If you are sending textiles into Belgium, you would need to send a Certificate of Origin for each line item in the invoice. The certificates mush be original, issued and signed by the Chamber of Commerce, must contain a seal or watermark in the paper and provide a clear description of the goods. Also, the EU states that a variety of items will need a Declaration of Conformity marking (CE marking).
Gifts under the value of 45 Euros in total are likely to be excluded from duties. If you are sending items to private individuals over 22 EUR in value, you will be required to include their cell phone and email address on the invoice. There are also restrictions on alcoholic beverages, food items, gem stones, perfumes, plats, plastic kitchenware, seeds and tobacco products.
