My parcel has not been collected, what can I do?
Should your package not be picked up, please contact our help centre, via the report a problem tool, where an agent who has sold the service via our website will be able to assist you in getting it picked up.
The courier company will then reattempt the pick up on a date that is convenient for you. In some instances you might be able to drop off your package locally. We work with both domestic and international delivery companies and they will all be able to help you resolve any collection issue you are having.
