Review - very dejected with the service provided

The box wasn't delivered to the address on the said date. After following up with the FedEx people for over 3 days, I finally decided to go and pick it up from the Newark CA facility. Twice when I called, I was told the package was on the vehicle, out for delivery. Then one time they did not know where the box was. After lodging a complaint I finally received a call informing me that it was somehow back at the facility. Tired with all this, I went and picked it up personally. The box was in an abysmal state. This is not the kind of service expected from a reputed company and I've no clue why I paid over 60$ for a package I went and collected. I'll definitely not recommend this service to any of my acquaintances.

We are sorry that you had this experience. We did speak with Fedex after reading your review and they confirmed that you had to go and collect the package.
This is something that should never happened as you did pay to have the shipment delivered to door.
