This package was picked up from my home address without a label haven't been placed on it the package is missing it does not show any tracking information just like it disappeared I need to get this item reimbursed and closed out on my end I got an invoice I can send you got the conversations I've had with your agents I need to get this done as soon as possible it's been 2 months already

Package was not only shipped to the wrong address, but the courier then charged me extra!

The intended recipient literally had the package hand-delivered to him by the homeowner of the wrong address, who was nice enough to do so. The "Proof" of Delivery was basically a vague PDF.
