Nightmare of a service.No phone# for PM so communication is very delayed.No control/ability to speak w the actual carrier. Not able to sched your own p/u and not asked a preference prior to booking. PM will change the p/u date for you, but that only causes more problems. FedEx came 6 times looking for the same package.**3 boxes were to be picked up on 2/24, but no one came. I called PM and the p/u was r/s to 2/26. FedEx came 2/25. FedEx also came 2/26(for no reason). 2 of 3 boxes were delivered.Box #3 was ret'd to me. PM printed a new label and sched a pick up date for 3/8 as the box was expected back 3/7 but delayed til 3/13 so I asked PM to r/s the pick up for 3/14. Fed Ex came looking for a pick up on 3/8 (twice), 3/9 and 3/12 (I was out of town) and 3/14. Next time I'll deal with FedEx directly.

Our service is online booking at very competitive pricing.. According to our records this was picked up on the 25th the day it was scheduled for and was delivered on time. It doesn't get much better than that..

I OPENED MY FRONT DOOR AND A BOX WAS ALL THE WAY OPEN AND CLOTHES BURSTING OUT!!! WORST SERVICE EVER NEVER AGAIN. PAID 200$ FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE

Parcel monkey made it super easy to compare rates on oversize packages and printing labels was very pleased that the packages were picked up next day. Will be including Parcel Monkey into my ebay shipping from now on knowing I can get cheaper rates then I could on my own because of bulk prices.
