Fedex is awful

The original pick up guy was great I wasn't expecting him to come that next day (placed the order after midnight and was there next day at 4pm) and he came back and picked it up there next day after him my package had a terrible transit, a 1 piece car spoiler was cracked down the middle due to excess weight being placed on top of it. Would you pack 500 pounds on top of a large tv box not even knowing if there was in fact a tv inside? No, no one would. If there was a tv inside it would be in 100 different pieces. Even with the spoiler being wrapped and foam supporting it, it couldn't within the weight pushing down on it very unhappy with the carrier but parcel monkey is saw they beat everyone's price including FedEx for the same service!

Unfortunately Shipments can get damaged in transit from time to time.

Extra Fees

The package was picked up a day late and then they charged me extra money because they said the package was 1/2 an inch bigger than what I quoted. I have shipped exact identical package several times and never had this problem with any other couriers.

Your shipment had an additional 8 pounds of chargeable weight. We charged you the additional amount per our terms and conditions -
