Parcel Monkey needs to acknowledge that some of their customers are eCommerce based such as eBay etc and as such need secondary tracking numbers to supply to their platforms and buyers. For instance my item fedexed to NJ and shows as delivered, but the secondary tracking does not transfer to any specific company, it is only on the website itself.

Slow but Cheap Shipping

My package was sent to China. It was supposed to take 5-7 days--well it took 2 weeks, so that was incredibly frustrating. The good news is that this service was half the price of dhl (which saved me close to $40). But in the future, I'm not sure I'll use it as this was a more time-sensitive package

Sorry for the delay in transit - Your shipment got stuck in customs in China which is what caused the delay
Once this was resolved it was delivered
