Parcel Monkey lies about delivery times !!
Paid $132 and 6 days was guaranteed and yet Parcel Monkey failed to disclose that the package would be shipped to them first.
False advertisement and borderline FRAUD !!Agent replied on 14/02/2024
Apologies for the inconveneince. Due to bad weather it was reaced our warehouse yesterday. Same day we processed and handed over to DHL express.
We will keep you provide further update.

Terrible! Impossible to track after the package was handed off from FedEX Ground (which was late arriving). Supposedly the international leg will be handled by DHL, but none of the barcodes I was given are recognized by the DHL tracking app, and there are no DHL tracking numbers provided in the documentation from Parcel Monkey. The only tracking info provided was for the FedEx ground leg.
I routinely ship with Parcel Monkey - but for some reason the normal Global UPS option I use was not provided as an option. I paid just as much for a slower service and without the ability to figure out the status of my package.
I am a multi-year customer that has shipped dozens of international packages via Parcel Monkey. This was so so so disappointing!Agent replied on 09/02/2024
Our sincere apologies for the system bug as it was not shows the latest tracksing event.
We processed you parcel and handed over to DHL on 8th Feb using DHL express tracking ref# 9896720525. Now the shipment was reached Cincinnati Hub -USA, hope it will depart from USA tonight.
We will keep you update. -
