Ground collection times

Ground tracking
Ground Pick Up includes full tracking from collection through to delivery. You can track your package by entering your Parcel Monkey reference number (starting PMS) into our tracking tool.

Shipping labels
You will require a printer to use this service as you will be provided with a shipping label to print and attach to your package before FedEx arrive to collect it. Find out more about printing shipping labels.
Protection cover
A $50.00 protection cover is included when you book Ground Pick Up, but you can upgrade this to $1,000.00.
Can I drop off my package?
Yes, you can, but you’ll need to book our Ground Drop Off service, which is typically a little cheaper and will allow you to drop off your package at your nearest FedEx drop off shop.
