Delivery took 6 days and that seems really reasonable for cross-country, and we had budgeted a lot more buffer days. One of our packages looked a little beat up but overall was a smooth process, and it was helpful to be able to track the journey. The only feedback I have is to have a little more communication/text around what the process actually is. After we had booked, we didn't get much info about what the pickup process was, and waited all day for the truck to pick up. The general pickup hours in the FAQ do not match what the customer service person told me when I reached out to ask at what I thought was end of business day. So although it went smoothly in the end, I was a little stressed out on pickup day not knowing if and when they would come.
