Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service Support

I have chosen this service because it said delivery in 3-6 business days. However, it took 8 business days. Furthermore, receiver had to pick the parcel up from the local courier even though it was a home delivery. If he had not pick it up, it would be delayed even more. I have opened an inquiry using USPS' website. They have not updated the situation of my inquiry more than a week. I asked Parcel Monkey Customer Service for help, but they are not helpful. I might as well choose the 6-10 day delivery option if I knew it would be delayed so much and saved my money.

Once it left USA - there was no way to find tracking info. It was stressful because I or the recipient couldn't locate it. We just had to hope and pray that it got to him and it finally did. Tracking number should be provided through the entirety of the delivery, not just within one country and not the other.
