I paid for overnight and it took 6 days. I sent a message to customer service and was told no refund was possible. Was hoping for a partial refund. Very disappointed in this company.

Please be informed you that, due to bad weather across USA it was delayed and it was beyond our control. We regret for the same. We will take this up for refund.

We have noticed that the parcel delivered on 7th Oct 2019 booking ref# PMSDXY15 created 30 Sep 2019 which more than years old. You can track the information through Fedex tracking ref# 776396491380.

Please note that, as agreed 1 -2 Business days (without include Saturday & Sunday), the parcel picked up from shipper location on 12th Feb and it was delivered on 15th Feb.
