UPS Ground Saver (Surepost)

I did not realize UPS Ground Saver included USPS......otherwise known as UPS Surepost. I believe the package was never transferred over to USPS because of an earlier UPS delay so was delivered by UPS. That was most appreciated and customer focused on UPS's part. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey service and process again. But maybe just use the standard UPS ground and take USPS out of the equation.

This is not a review of UPS, at least I don't think it is. When i purchased the label through Parcel Monkey, it clearly stated that the item would be delivered in 2 days. The delivery was not made for 6 days. I don't *think* this is a UPS problem, I think it is a Parcel Monkey problem on the side of selecting the label and expectations there.
