UPS lost my Package on day one, but instead of being honest, they told me for 8 days every day, my package would be delivered today. It is on the Truck... on the 9th day, I got a call telling me that the package never left the facility and they were not able to find it! So they wasted my time and my money! They lie to you and won't say that they have done something wrong. Customer Service makes it very hard to get a human being on the line. You need to fight yourself through by talking to a computer. Horrible Customer Service!

I was skeptical. I needed to get a fairly heavy package (75lbs) locally and I could not deliver it myself. Looking for a way at a reasonable cost i stumbled across Parcel Monkey. They delivered on the price and UPS delivered on the time. (Next day less than 24hrs after drop off). The Parcel Monkey’s price was approximately half what I would have paid if I dropped off that package without them. Kudos!!

I was told my package would be delivered on Friday, May 31. Didn't show up til Monday, June 3.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. According to the UPS tracking information, there was an unforeseen mechanical failure that contributed to the delay.
Additionally, please note that weekends are excluded from the transit days as carriers do not typically deliver on weekends.
