Upcharged after the shipment, reasoning vague.

A package purchased by a relative was inadvertently shipped to my house. Using UPS ground I shipped the items back to the relative using a smaller box with its measured dimensions and the exact weight assigned by Amazon shipping declared. A month later I was upcharged because of incorrect weight or incorrect dimensions. Which was it? First off, if there was discrepancy it should have been caught when the package was initial scanned and measured at the shipping office which it wasn't. I personally watched them weigh and measure the package myself without mention of an issue. One has to wonder if this isn't a hidden ploy to extract higher fees from its customers after the fact?!

Scammed out of almost $100

I was charged double the original shipping weeks after the delivery and told it was due to the measurements being off. I was not told this when the package was dropped off and the measurements were done carefully. Terrible service for this.
