Unacceptable Hidden Charges

I am extremely disappointed with this company's billing practices. After paying $7.91 for my shipment, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $3.07 without prior notice or authorization. Receiving an email after the fact, informing me of this "final charge," is completely unacceptable. Transparent pricing is a basic expectation, yet this company seems to think adding hidden fees after the transaction is complete is an acceptable practice. I will not be using their services again and strongly advise others to be cautious before making a purchase...

What's there to say? package has been sitting somewhere for the past 3 1/2 days, and I can't get anyone to answer my messages, because a delivery service doesn't work on weekends.....
