Absolutely horrible!! The package showed up with the box wide open and the piece of furniture in side very damaged.

Stupid Pay Later is confusing, takes too long and requires a pointless UPS "please SPAM me" account

Stupid "pay later" on UPS was very confusing. I ended up ordering the shipment twice and it took about 10 times longer than it should have. The whole thing was just $7, I would have paid double not to have to deal with the irritation of the "pay later" nonesense. I want to pay NOW and I want to pay "QUICKLY" and I want it to be "EASY". I do not ever want to have to deal with the Pay Later BS again. It truly sucks. Also, I don't need an account with UPS, so that was also useless and irritating.

Pure Ripoff!

What a ripoff! Shipped a spoiler from VA to MN via Parcel Monkey and was quoted $150. Put all of the information for the box dimension and weight and was told I would get the invoice from UPS after it's shipped/delivered. I finally get the invoice and the invoice is 3x the price of what I was quoted for. No warning, no heads up, no anything. Now I'm getting charge $460 for a spoiler that's valued at $395. How is that fair? Parcel Monkey didn't say anything about any other fees UPS might put and it's not like they did not have all of the box and shipping information already. Stay away from both companies!

Charged double/Ripped off

Charged me double after package was delivered. Went from $50 to almost $100...RIP OFF! STAY AWAY!!!
