Over a week late and $175 in unexpected customs fees that were billed after initial purchase.

It was a very unpleasant experience.
After paying a hefty amount for the shipping service, the package was held back at the customs department.
The receiver had to take a whole day off from work. He had to travel 150+ miles from Marrakech to Casablanca to pay a large amount of money to gain access to the package. This will be the first and last time we use this service.Parcel Monkey replied on 18/05/2024

Damaged priceless artwork. Accepted responsibility and then denied liability. Avoid.

Damaged professionally packaged parcel with rare artwork. Retained it and called to ask if it should be disposed of. Then wrote “report” denying any claim before one was even made. Avoid.
