Customs Delay; Unknown Reason; Usually No Issues

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, Aug 26. It is Friday, Aug 30 and the package has yet to be delivered. It was finally delivered on Friday, Sept 6. I've revised my review as this delay was not the fault of Parcel Monkey and they did reach out to me with additional information.
