I chose to send a package paying for the expedited 1 to 3 days delivery for $195.39 instead of the 2 to 5 days delivery for about $150.00. The recipient received the package after 8 days. No one bothered to respond to my online messages. I should get a refund of at least $45 for the delayed service.

I checked the tracking history, and it indicates that there were required x-ray inspections on December 17 and 18 in China and another one on December 19 in the Philippines. Additionally, there were severe weather conditions on December 14th in Korea.

When the shipment was created, it was listed as being 1-3 business days. However, it took over 5 business days for the package to be delivered. The shipment was temperature sensitive and may now be unusable. No explanation was given as to any of the delay, and when I asked for assistance with the single shipment on my account, they didn't know to which shipment I was referring.

Upon reviewing your shipment, we observed a delay in Incheon, Korea, on December 9th, attributed to operating conditions. Subsequently, a mandatory x-ray inspection in China took place on December 12th before proceeding to Thailand. Please be aware that unforeseen delays can happen due to peak season and occasional weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
