I was charged $12.41 USD after delivery. The service center of parcelmonkey said "We are currently waiting for the carrier to provide us with the reason for the additional charge." and now two weeks pasted, no response!!!
That's dangerous to use their service, not sure it is a problem of UPS or parcelmonkey.

UPS delayed the package for two extra days and we called them. We had to drive to the branch to pickup the package as they don’t want to deliver
