Not delivered when said.

Everything was set and sent and paid but delivery was not made on time it was delivered 4 days later.

Late & more expensive

The reason for the one-star rating: When I bought the service delivery was supposed be on a Monday (when the item was dropped at a UPS store Saturday). Well, the item was dropped off before noon and it was delivered two days later (on Wednesday). On top, extra charges were demanded - and despite asking I never got an explanation (government & brokerage fees) - I don't understand why this wasn't charged up-front.
Happy that the item arrived - not happy about the delay & extra charges -

At the UPS store I was quoted $240 for non-UPS service and $450 for UPS. Parcel monkey got me $105 for shipping and from the exact same UPS store!! The parcel arrived in the UK in 5 days! Super impressed and these guys will be my go to for shipping parcels anywhere from now on!

I will never use UPS as a courier again. They delayed everything after I sent them clearance invoice 8 times. They also delayed my delivery.
