Can I adjust my Parcel Monkey user settings?

Parcel Monkey is a global shipping marketplace, so you can configure your website settings for the best experience.

You can customise:

• Your domain, based on where you are shipping from and your language preference.

• The currency used for shipping rates and payments.

• Your preferred units for dimensions and weight.

• Your local time zone (useful for service cut-off times).

Your preferences are an important feature for bulk shippers. When you upload a CSV file we will use your preferred unit settings for the package weight and dimensions when we get your shipping quotes. If a CSV file does not include dimensions, we will use your configured unit preferences for the weight measurement.

My Account address details

If you are planning bulk uploads, it is worth checking your address information in My Account to streamline completing your CSV. Your default collection address can be auto-populated, saving you time. Review these details:

• My Addresses

• Name

• Phone number

• Organisation
