Can I adjust my Parcel Monkey user settings?

Parcel Monkey is a global shipping marketplace so we can help you set up your website settings so that you can have the best possible user experience.

• You can choose which domain you want to use based on where you are shipping from and the language you prefer.

• You can choose which currency you would like to get shipping rates in and that you would like to pay in.

• You can choose your preferred set of measurements for dimensions and weight

• You can choose your local time zone, ideal for checking cut off times on certain services.

Preferences are an important feature for bulk shippers. When you upload a CSV file we will use your preferred unit settings for the package weight and dimensions when we get your shipping quotes.

An example of this would be if you didn’t add your dimensions to the CSV file, it would default back to your unit preferences as to whether the weight was in kg or lbs.

Important Information about My Addresses

If you are planning on using our bulk uploading tools you should check your address details in My Account. This can speed up the process of completing a CSV folder as we can use your default address as the collection address thus saving you time in having to complete that section of the spreadsheet. 

Also, check you are happy with your contact number and all of your other details on My Account, as this can too save you time when you upload a CSV file.

• Name

• Phone number

• Organisation
