How do I use the Parcel Monkey bulk uploader tool?

Our new bulk uploader tool will help you save time when it comes to shipping multiple packages. Just follow the Parcel Monkey CSV spec and complete all the relevant columns before uploading your spreadsheet and the process will be much smoother.

By following our CSV guide it will ensure that you collate all the information we need to get you an accurate quote. It will include information on the weight and dimensions of your package, delivery addresses and customs info for international packages.

The sender information is automated if you don’t enter it, so be sure to complete your Parcel Monkey account details section carefully. As this is automated it will save you more time when it comes to using our bulk uploader. The same goes for your measurements, we will automate those based on your Parcel Monkey preference settings if not entered manually.

Once you have uploaded your completed CSV sheet, our shipping calculator will obtain you a price for all of your packages which means there is no need to get individual quotes. If there are any errors you will be able to fix them in the booking process, plus you can swap to another courier service for certain orders if you need to.

Once any errors have been fixed you can add shipments to the basket and checkout. We will send you all the shipping labels and any necessary customs documents ready for you to print out.
