Packages valued up to $100:

We cover package insurance on all bookings valued under $100. This applies to all delivery services on Parcel Monkey!

Shipsurance Coverage for Packages Valued Between $101 - $2000

To provide reliable coverage on all shipments, Parcel Monkey has partnered with Shipsurance, a trusted third-party insurance provider to cover a wide range of packages. Deliveries valued between $101 and $2,000 are protected by Shipsurance to give you the ultimate reassurance that your package is in safe hands.

To add Shipsurance coverage to your package, you must book a UPS service and add the protection before checking out. Find out more about Shipsurance here.

Packages valued between $2001 - $5000

For shipments exceeding $2,001 in value, Parcel Monkey uses UPS Liability Insurance, offering coverage up to $5,000. This ensures comprehensive protection for high-value items no matter where you’re sending them.

Package insurance for all shipping services

No matter which shipping service you choose, you will always have the option to add coverage to your delivery. 

And for packages valued up to $100, you will always get protection for free! 

If you’re sending a package above $101 and not with a UPS service, you will still have the option to protect your package. To see which protection is available and how much it costs, get a quote and add any protection before checking out.
