When you make a purchase online from Forever 21, your package will include an order invoice, a returns form, customs documents for relevant destinations plus a returns label. Follow this guide to find out how to return items to Forever 21: 

1. Complete the returns form, checking off the items you wish to return and listing the return reason code. 

2. Pack your items and the completed returns form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Parcel Monkey has some useful packaging guidelines to follow. 

3. Attach the pre-printed return label to the outside of your package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location or Post Office. Please note that although the return Forever 21 return policy states that this is a pre-paid label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days. A return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of their stores so be sure to send your items back within the 30 days if you are unhappy.
