How to return goods to Neiman Marcus 

Returning by mail:

Eligible merchandise may be returned FREE if received within 15 days of the delivery date. A return fee of $9.95 will apply for clearance items and items returned after 15 days of delivery. 

If you have your order number to hand, you can start your Neiman Marcus return via the website.

Your order will come with a USPS return label. You would use that label to return the merchandise back to Neiman Marcus via USPS, so package your return up, print the invoice and shipping label and return via any USPS Post Office, but make sure you get proof of postage as it is your responsibility to get the goods back safely.

Neiman Marcus store purchases may be returned by mail to the store in which they were purchased.  

If you’re returning your goods to a store, please note that Neiman Marcus stores are unable to process returns for items purchased at Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call and Horchow stores, online or via catalog.

Neiman Marcus Last Call return policy

If you have purchased goods from Neiman Marcus Last Call, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and eligible for a full refund or exchange as long as the item is in a saleable condition - unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items and items marked as ‘final sale’ can not be returned.

Neiman Marcus international returns

If you’re returning an item to Neiman Marcus from outside the US, you’ll need to contact their customer care team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There is a telephone number available on the website, but you can also contact them via online chat and email.
