So easy to use giving parcel weight and dimensions. Getting the Label from you which I than took the parcel down to Collissimo (or it could have been another one of your recommended couriers) handed it over they stamped my receipt and that was it. Simple. PS I haven't tried top track the parcel to see if it arrived OK?

Disappointing deposit, pleasing delivery

I took my parcel to a drop off point, but the staff seemed unaware of the procedure and refused to accept it. I had to make a separate journey to the post office where everything went smoothly and the parcel arrived safely.
