Colissimo no problem

Well I have no faults with Colissimo however I have a fault with the cancellation & refund of the 1st courier I booked...had to start again as when the label arrived it had our address as incorrect - the only way I was told was to cancel & re book - but then after the parcels had left via Colissimo the courier arrived 24 hours later the pick up the packages...I am totally confused now!
