Just use UPS or USPS

It took 3 weeks for my package to arrive from Florida to NY...it was stuck everywhere. Then there were false updates of attempted delivery and my mom had to go and pick up the package....It took over a month to get to a destination. I shipped mnay things during the pandemic and received many things during the pandemic so the lenght to delivery from my experience was complety unjustified and not what I was promised 10-22 days.

DHL Sucks

DHL is horrible. I sent a book from the USA to France. It went through 20 different cities and it took over 6 weeks for delivery. Never again.

SLOW SHIPPING

It took two and half months to send a package from Seattle to England. My daughter, who was the intended recipient of the package is now back in Seattle, so this package is essentially lost to us.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience with this order.
Unfortunately, as a result of new protocols and restrictions put in place due to the COVID-19 outbreak, all services are experiencing substantial delays. Warehouse operations have also been affected by these changes, and while they are still in operation, procedural changes have been enacted to allow for workers to practice safe social distancing, and some locations are working with a reduced staff. Unfortunately, this has resulted in longer processing times.
