Worst service that I ever used to ship something !!!

Lies, do not use this service. Read my story if you have the time and after that make a decision
First, it was supposed to be delivered after 15 days, it took exactly 2 months and 1 day
Second, it was supposed to be delivered to door, no the recipient needed to go to a custom office, pay custom fees and pick up the package (remember the service is labeled as door delivery)
Third, They say that DHL handles the shipping, WRONG, local post office handles the shipping.
Forth, Customer service knows nothing, and when confronted they avoid the answers trying to absolve themselves.
On a short note, avoid them pay the extra $ and use a decent service!

pretty good. a little bit slower than expected but fro that price you cannot ask for more, no problem as usual. I hope this service never ends
