Waiting over a day for a shipping label

I have talked to at least 5 people so far, each saying that they will help and that I should receive a shipping label in half an hour. It's been over a day and I'm still waiting. I have lost over an hour of work, just trying to solve this. It's very unprofessional.

Brilliant service from DHL. picked up a necklace left behind and delivered it within 48hrs.. hotel appear not to have bothered to parcel or label it and DHL boxed it safely for transit
