Would give a 0 if I could. Was charged an extra $76 on top of my $67 charged. They first said ups said it was 42lbs when indeed it was 5.0lbs and then tried coming to a conclusion and parcel monkey said I was charged extra because of the volumetric size. I put the exact dimensions and weight of my box. The recipient verified dimensions and weight at the local post office and they still were not giving me the extra charge back. This is a ripoff and I will never ever use this site again. I hope no one else uses it. Volumetric size was correct even though they say it’s not and they keep trying to use it against me. THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH

Bad service and very long time to deliver

Took EMS 65 Days to deliver it, I lost $300 because of the delay. while it was stated that it takes between 2-3 weeks
