Don't sell something you can't deliver! Zero stars!

It has been 4 weeks since I sent the package and it hasn't arrived yet. You website advertised that it will take 2-3 weeks. You customer service states that they answer inquiries in 1 business day. It took them a week to provide me with an update which was pretty vague. "Package departed UK on January 2nd". It's January 8th and nobody knows where the package is now! I agreed for 2-3 weeks not 4-5! You didn't fulfill the contract agreement!

As per tracking ref# EH103453759JE the parcel is in with destination customs today 8th Jan for inspection. Once the clerance process completed then it will out for delivery.

Absolutely horrible delivery service. Once the package leaves the US there is no tracking. Package delivered very late and to the wrong town. The are unwilling to deliver to the right location. The package will not be released until the customer pays money to receive it. Why? This is the worst shipping

Regret for the inconveneince. We have seen the tracking ref# CA001229934JE and current status 7th Jan the parcel unsuccessful delivery attempt. The information is visible in the booking.

Tracks well to USA departure point, then disappears down a black hole for about three weeks before delivery. Good value if you can tolerate the wait.
