They added $32 of extra random charges (like handling fees and surcharge fees), so if I had used someone else, it would have been a lot cheaper. Be aware that they have hidden fees that would be disclosed and charged AFTER you ship your items!

Regret for the inconveneince. Please note as per Fedex the physical weight of the cargo was 30 lbs instead of 22lbs updated in the booking, hence they charged you the additional amount.

Worst experience EVER

Terrible service. Package has been lost for 25 days now and neither EMS nor Parcel monkey can locate it. It was supposed to be deliver 25 days ago and all of the tracking numbers provided are fraudulent. I got ripped off and scammed.

As we informed you earlier, all Israle parcels are on hold in the UK hub due to an emergency situation implemented. Once it is lifted up then we will dispatch the parcels.

20 days and package has not been shipped… use another courier service if you can. No one has helped. All they keep doing is giving me tracking numbers which do not change anything.

Kindly note that the parcel departed from UK hub on 25th Oct and it is in transit to its destination.
