This is simply the worst service ever. They just informed me that my parcel was lost after over 10month. They kept saying the delivery wasn't unsuccessful due to the receiver, I also contacted the receiver in Spain, they never had the notification. When the parcel has to return to USA, they lost it. They finally admitted that the parcel was missing without any compensation.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused you and your customer. Upon checking your parcel we have identified that parcel was an unsuccessful delivery attempt on 13th Match due to the unavailablity of the receiver the delivery attempt also delivery note was kept in receiver permission, but missed to collecting the parcel from the Local post within given period, they initiated return to sender. However the parcel yet to arrive USA.
We enquired to destination post, no further response from them. We will keep you update once parcel is received or any details received. -

Delivered? Not Delivered? Who Knows?

I cannot determine what is going on with my package, but from what I can find by digging down through local tracking information, my parcel was rejected for delivery, and is being "returned to sender." They claim there was customs owed, but I got ZERO notification about that. This was a complete waste of time and money for me, and will almost certainly cost me $100s in lost refunds on defective items I was trying to return.

Regret for the inconvenience. As per tracking the parcel was rejected by consignee due to customs charge imposed. Here is the tracking ref# CA001181511JE. Please request receiver to contact Ireland post and pay the duty & tax to clear the parcel.
