Took too long to arrive at destination, never contacted recipient, & almost nothing as far as tracking parcel..????

Please note that the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt on 19th June due to receiver was not available in their address and local post note has placed on their address. As advised on 19th June through Parcel monkey Chat window, please request receiver to contact local post. We will also reach them and provide you the update.

Poor customer service

Never received a tracking number, contacted them about the package and getting me the tracking number and have received no response!! No idea where my package is at. And it left my place on 4/17/23. That’s over a month ago!

Please note that the parcel is in with China customs for inspection since 5th May, the receiver would have received notification from customs. Here is the tracking ref# EH103244472JE. Kindly request receiver to check and provide the necessary details to them for clearance.
