Used this service three times to ship from US to Poland. Works great and much cheaper. Customs is a nuisance though but just be clear when listing the items in the shipment.

Parcel was sent in given time also not damages to package. Really love this as is so cheap compared to others but takes time which was ok with me.

Despite being designated as a gift item, each parcel received a tax or duty of the gift item I gave them, and that was clearly designated as a gift to a family member. This indicts the EMS did not properly execute the paperwork related to the package being a gift.
