My package was lost 5 months ago. I paid for insurance for the price of the items shipped but parcel monkey customer service kept avoiding my questions and promising a refund which never occurred. I asked for a phone number in order to talk directly with a representative and was not provided with one. Just empty promises that they would find a phone number for me. I have been in contact with them through chat for 5 months without a refund.

A good experience

I had some reservations about using Parcel Monkey because I wasn't sure it was legit. But they did an excellent job shipping my box to Australia from the U.S. Once I found out that the box would first go to Chicago and then get outsourced to another carrier, I realized that things were OK. They were about half the cost of U.P.S. I printed the mailing label and went to the U.P.S. store and had no problems with them accepting the box and shipping it to Chicago. It was delivered in about 3 weeks, better than my U.S.P.S. letters that may take a month to get there. All-in-all, I was very pleased.
