I was charged an additional charge a month and a half after the parcel was shipped without explanation. I had not granted permission to store my credit card in the system but apparently it was stored anyway after the parcel delivery was completed. After contacting support, they said the charge was a mistake and the charge was refunded. The international shipping took longer than I expected when I was reviewing which service to use but the delivery was within the date guidelines provided when I completed the order.

Arrived damaged despite excellent packing

Package arrived at destination in 20 days. Not too bad, and tracking was helpful. Despite being packaged very carefully and thoroughly, the content was severely damaged in transit.

process took way too long 4-5 weeks and for 2 of those weeks we had no idea where the package was since, as we found out later, it went clear across Europe and Asia to get to Japan from western USA instead of across the ocean
