EMS parcel from Texas to Australia

As usual, EMS has delivered my parcel.
The only issue that I have with this service is that it takes at least three weeks to get the parcel from Texas to the Australia mainland, and if it has to go on to Tasmania, there is a sudden extra payment taken from the credit card that was used for the transaction. I do find that disconcerting, as the information is all there when the original transaction takes place.
None the less, I've used EMS several times over the past couple of years and the parcel is always delivered. I'll no doubt use them again.

Very happy but need improvements on areas

I am very happy with the service and order preparation including reasonable costs to australia from chicago with overseas air cargo. I got 1 out of 2 parcels which were sent together but they got seperate. 1 arrived in 20 days other still in USA sorting.
IMPROVEMENTS
1) several tracking numbers provided from associated partners UPS GROUND, EMS, PARCEL MONKEY, AUSTRALIA POST making it confusing ( but would have been better to be advised that all tracking should be done THROUGH Parcel monkeyed PSN tracking I’ds INSTEAD which I only discovered on my own)
2) email and sms updates were good but not frequent enough
3) I sent 2 packages 1 arrived in 20 days other still in chicago sorting? Why??
4) Signature should be required in delivery’s
5) Delivery driver was good , I got notification 6 hrs in advance (another sms would be better) and on arrival he beeped his horn
I’d recommend them and use them again.
