Late delivery and extra fees over £150

It took 5 weeks to receive 2 packages from the US to the UK and 2 months for another package. On the website it said it would take 14 days at the most to recieve my packages (3 that were 16x16x16) THIS WAS NOT CORRECT ADVERTISING. The packages went by parcel force and for my last package, which was damaged and "lost" they would not speak to me directly for information. I had multiple communications with Parcel Monkey, and your company did respond but sometimes it took up to 3 days for a response. Not only was there poor communication with Parcel Force, but I was charges over £150 in custom fees when 80% of the items were my personal closthing that was used. I have been shipping with your company since 2018 and have never been charged custom fees - I could have had these sent in my suitcase by airlines and would have cost me $90. I was not happy and will not be using your company again

Slow due to out of EMS control customs ???? rules overseas. EmS service is reliable and more affordable than the " other" international carriers.

Regret for the inconvenience for the delay. We have checked and identified customs clearance process was taken 6 days which cause the delay and it was not under our control.
