It's been 21 days and it has not reached the destination. And there is no update on my package for the last 10 days. Absolute incompetent service. Was a small light packet and can't even get that across!!!

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly note that the parcel reached destiantion on 2nd Feb. Now we will check with destiantion and provide you the update asap.
We had an uplift issue by Airlines, which caused the delay in service. -
