My parcel was not delivered to the destination in the Netherlands and 8 months later I have not received it back. I have contacted parcel monkey several times and have only been told the I will be notified when it comes back. I don’t expect to ever see it again.

Regret to inform you that the parcel was an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the receiver unavailable and also they did not collect it within the given time period from locally post. Hence it was initiated to return to sender, however, it is not yet reached our facility USA.
We usually inform to the shipper once received and return to them. We will do for you as well. -
