very fast, and no breakages on the items i ship through them, highly recommended, not anymore.
ask Richard why i downgraded the review, he was very rude and obnoxious to me on 7/11/18, this parcel had liquids and there was NO breakage or incident involving them.Agent replied on 05/31/18

Allow extra time and be patient, especially over the holidays and weekends- but can be good!

My parcel wasn't picked up, and after that I almost went nuts trying to get hold of someone at the company, as the money had already been take out of my account. I tried for five days but could get no contact with a human. Occasionally I would get a response from a robot, telling me to 'start a ticket' by clicking on a button that doesn't exist on my page. I just thought the money was gone for good, and that even if they did pick up the parcel it would just get lost. BUT, After the 5 days someone got in touch with me -they'd been away over Xmas break. It would have been nice to have been told that! But after they got in touch they were good, they always got back to me by the next day. They picked up the parcel and now have provided all the FedEx and DHL tracking numbers so I feel safe. Update: Received package in good time- thanks!

This was the first package I decided to send using parcel monkey. FedEx picked up at my home, the box was sent to LA and then on to Germany and over to the UK to get to my daughter. DHL sent her an email letting her know delivery was scheduled and she waited all day in her flat. At 9pm she then received an update stating she had to pay $17 in order to receive it. It was an incredible inconvenience for her and I believe totally incorrect for what was declared. Had there been any way to pay upfront for this during the process of shipping, I would have taken care of it myself. When I look at my invoice it lists the shipping cost and says 'incl vat' which i took to mean, including any vat or duty fee. Disappointed in this mis representation. However I'mpleased she did receive her gifts prior to Christmas and honestly, this service works much better for me than going to the post office.

QUESTION: I had asked that the label and documents be emailed to agaeta@dataspeedinc. or to [email protected]. This did not occur or it hasn't occurred 6 hours after the payment. Please advise it the standard practice is to go back on line to Parcel Monkey to print out the label and documents.

Yes per the online instructions you need to print out the label and documents when they are emailed to you. You will click on the provided link and be able to print these documents

They don't know the address to their own shipping Warehouse! Lost package.

UPDATE: Parcel Monkey encouraged me to give their service one more shot. This time they successfully delivered a package from Mexico to California for me without issue.

Parcel Monkey didn't have the correct address to their own warehouse on the shipping label. So FedEx picked the package up at my house and then tried to send it to the wrong address, which was rejected, and then the parcel was lost from there. The bag has been lost for 1 month. I was shipping equipment to Scotland for an international sports competition and it never arrived. It will cost me almost $1500 to replace the lost equipment. The very frustrating part is that if you need customer service, this entire site is designed around online chat and messaging. You cannot talk to Parcel Monkey customer service over the phone which fundamentally makes for poor customer service.

The shipment had a label error created by Fedex which we have worked to correct
