Don’t hire them, it’s a scam.

An absolute scam. They were supposed to come today to pick up my packages. No one showed up or contacted me, I’ve been trying to contact them desperately - no response. I’m leaving tomorrow and now my boxes are going to have to stay here because of their incompetence.

Wish they had a 0 stars for rating, 1 star is way too much

First, they made me pay tax duties for the items that I shouldn't pay taxes for - I had used baby clothes and accessories, 30lbs, they charges $137 for delivery plus #299 for the import tax. When I contacted them to ask why so much in tax for used clothes, they said it's because I marked it as a 'gift'. Well, it was a gift, it's not like I am gonna charge for used clothes.
Anyway, after arguing with them for hours, I ended up paying the tax money (which is more than the package was worth)
The next day the courier calls the recipient, says they have to go pick it up and pay the tax money in cash, otherwise he wouldn't give the shipment to her. She told him that we paid with the card, and she has the receipt number, but he was rude, said he doesn't care, and only will accept cash. He made her cry (she was at the hospital with pregnancy complications)

I am sorry that you have faced this issue.
Please note that you insured this shipment for USD $ 992.00 . We are required to place that value on the invoice for customs. You cannot insure a shipment and then declare a different value for customs. That is considered Insurance Fraud and we cannot do that.
