Great service and delivered 2 days ahead of schedule

Really great service and very helpful support team. Packages delivered two days ahead of the committed date. I am impressed. For the first timers, a detailed step by step direction guide could reduce Q&A with the support team but we are able to navigate these steps as we interacted with the support team.

Good service delivering on its promises. Only drawback is the parcel monkey tracking system, which is slow and confusing.

I ship internationally quite a bit for my business. This was my first time using PM and it was frankly the first time I've had a good experience with an INTL shipment. The tracking was updated frequently, it arrived very quickly, and in perfect condition! I highly recommend and will definitely use again!!!!! UPDATE: Customer did contact us to inform us that their package may have been delivered on time but it was thrown into the bushes and not discovered for several days. Thankfully, it didn't get damaged due to weather or something else. This is unacceptable but hopefully not typical! Given that there was no damage (this time) I am a bit less satisfied but still willing to use this service in the future, for now.
