Courier great! sorted out Parcel Monkeys mess!

Horrible experience from Parcel Monkey . No assistance from Parcel Monkey. Booked collection not done, rescheduled collection not done!
5 days later after I spent hours on the phone directly to carrier the parcel was finally picked up. Do NOT use Parcel Monkey if you need customer service. Very polite messages that does not solve the problem. They did absolutely nothing to help.
Courier was however super helpful to sort out the mess Parcel Monkey left me with. -

So they just don't arrive to pick up. No communication!

still waiting for collection that was supposed to be 8 July. Never arrived to pick up so costumer service rescheduled pick up for 09 July. Guess what... business day over, still not collected my parcels
