I am sorry that there is a problem with the service you have selected. Our system shows that you have opted out from the additional protection cover and we cannot open a claim with the carrier in this case.

Poor service/no service

This courier did not pick up the package the first day it was scheduled, did not reach out to my daughter to get the box when they arrived & just left. We rescheduled for the next day - no show. We rescheduled for today - still nothing. We will be filing a claim for the contents of this box.
